Fukujutei I (1st floor) offers 96㎡ of space, while Fukujutei II (2nd floor) features 85㎡, providing generously sized living areas.
In addition to essential amenities such as a shower room, bathroom, toilet, and air conditioning,each unit is fully equipped with a well-stocked kitchen with cooking utensils and tableware, a dining table, refrigerator, and comfortable sofa.
Fukujutei I (1st floor) and Fukujutei II (2nd floor) each have their own private entrance,
ensuring a comfortable stay with full respect for your privacy.
The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cooking utensils and tableware you need for meals.
With supermarkets and convenience stores located nearby, sourcing ingredients is easy and hassle-free.
A drum-style washing machine with a built-in dryer and drying racks are available for your use.
Laundry detergent is also provided free of charge.
Fukujutei I (1st floor) features two connected Japanese-style rooms, while Fukujutei II (2nd floor) offers one Japanese-style room, each of which can be used as a bedroom.
Both Fukujutei I (1st floor) and Fukujutei II (2nd floor) are equipped with two restrooms each.
One of the restrooms in Fukujutei I is a spacious, barrier-free facility, making it safe and comfortable for guests using wheelchairs.
Fukujutei does not have a front desk, and staff are generally not on-site,
including during check-in.
